All orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
Orders are sent by Parcel force 24 hour signed and tracked.
Postage charges for UK delivery – Orders of £49.99 or less £4.95 P&P. Orders of £50 or over are FREE P&P. Free Shipping Applies to all UK mainland orders only.  

Christmas Delivery - The last chance to order for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is Friday 16th December. Orders placed after this date may still arrive before but cannot be guaranteed. 

Postage charges for the Rest of Europe - £22 flat rate P&P sent by Parcelforce Worldwide signed and tracked.

Postage charges for the Rest of World - £42 flat rate P&P sent by Parcelforce Worldwide signed and tracked.

The Katie Alice Shop Ltd are not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries.  The customer is completely responsible for these charges.

 

We accept the following credit and debit cards:

MasterCard, Maestro & Visa (Debit or Credit)

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

Deliveries are Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays).

Please note that some deliveries may require a signature. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, the products you have ordered may be returned to us or to your local post office and you will need to arrange re-delivery or collection (as the case may be).

Payment for products and delivery services are to be made in pounds sterling (£).

We deliver to the following destinations “Delivery Destinations”:

Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, U.K. Mainland, Europe and Rest of World (Excluding Russia & Malta)

Unfortunately we are currently unable to dispatch orders to any BFPO or P.O. box addresses.

1. How is my order packed?

Whether an order is fragile or not we take great care to ensure all products arrive in great condition.

2. What is the returns and refund policy?

UK Mainland customers who are not happy with their purchases or just have a change of mind may return their products within 14 days for a full refund. Any purchases that have been used, are not in a resalable condition, or are not returned including original packaging will not be refunded. Please contact us of your intention to return at hello@katie-alice.co.uk or by using the cancellation from available here www.katie-alice.co.uk/cancellation-form.

3. How do I return items?

Once you have notified us of your wish to return please post your item to the below address and include a note with your order number and reason for returning inside the package.

4. Can I return Katie Alice products to you that weren’t bought from the Katie Alice website?

No, items can only be returned if they have been purchased from the official Katie Alice online shop (www.katie-alice.co.uk).

5. I have received my item and it is damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us to notify us of any issue with your product. We aim to be in touch with you within 3 working days and advise you how we will deal with your issue or if you need to return to us.

6. How much does a delivery cost and how long does it take?

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days.

UK orders are sent by Parcelforce 24 hour signed and tracked. Rest of world orders are sent by Parcelforce Worldwide.

Postage & Packaging charges for UK delivery – Orders of £49.99 or less £4.95 P&P. Orders of £50 or over are FREE P&P.

7. Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately we are not able to take orders over the phone at the moment.

8. Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, from December 15th 2015 we now ship Worldwide. Please check above or at checkout for full country listings.

9. What payment options do you accept?
