Katie’s chief role is new design and product ideas, however, as a small business, she is often busy with other tasks such as managing the social media accounts, photography, blogging, content creation and lots of day to day admin. Most recently Katie is learning the new skills of managing a team and growing a business.
As a keen cook, Katie can often be found baking cakes or cooking up lovely dinners for Matt and their daughter Delilah.
Outside of work Katie enjoys running, yoga, visiting galleries and antique’s shops, sandy toes and Japanese food. Her ideal day would involve a vintage Laura Ashley dress, a sunny pub garden, friends and family and a pint of local ale.

Director
Matt joined the business in 2014 to launch the online shop and manage the fairs we were attending at the time. His role has now grown to include logistics, website maintenance, customer service, and warehouse management to name just a few. Most importantly he generally makes sure everyone else is organised and nothing has been forgotten, which quite frankly it would be if he wasn’t there to keep reminding us. (Thank you, Matt.)
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Matt has become a keen zoom cyclist. He also enjoys a bit of fair-weather golf and snowboarding in the winter when he gets the chance. During the summer, Matt loves nothing more than being at a music festival with glitter on his face and a pint of cider in his hand.

Head Of Design
Toni re-joins the Katie Alice team chiefly as a product developer, artworker and graphic designer. And we say re-joins as Toni worked with Katie in the early of Katie Alice and was instrumental in the launch of the brand. We’re so happy she’s back! And she brings with her a wealth of new knowledge to bolster the team, from trend forecasting to launch planning.
After living and working in the metropolitan cities of New York and London, Toni has now settled in the pretty village of Potterspury in England, where she enjoys long walks in the countryside, knitting socks and making dream catchers along with the company of her pretty cat Silver and husband Alex.
When Toni comes into the office, she more often than not has a tin of home-baked goodies about her person – usually sprinkled in cinnamon sugar. We love this about Toni.
Fun Fact – Katie and Toni have been friends since they were three years old! (That’s a very long time.)
