What is the returns and refund policy?

UK Mainland customers who are not happy with their purchases or just have a change of mind may return their products within 14 days for a full refund. Any purchases that have been used, are not in a resalable condition, or are not returned including original packaging will not be refunded. Please contact us of your intention to return at hello@katie-alice.co.uk


How do I return items?

Once you have notified us of your wish to return please package your item and include a note with your order number and reason for returning inside the package.


Can I return Katie Alice products to you that weren’t bought from the Katie Alice website?

No, items can only be returned if they have been purchased from the official Katie Alice online shop (www.katie-alice.co.uk).


I have received my item and it is damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us to notify us of any issue with your product. We aim to be in touch with you within 3 working days and advise you how we will deal with your issue or if you need to return to us.
