This weekend is Easter weekend which, traffic jams aside, is one of the best weekends of the year in my books. Not only is it perfectly acceptable to eat chocolate for pretty much 24 hours solid but more importantly for me it really marks the end of the drab winter months that, lets be honest, we’ve all had much too much of by now. The buds are forming on the lilac tree, tulips are busting through the soil and even the bumble bees are getting ready for work. It makes me happy.
