Katie Alice  X  Haus Of Botanica Dried Flower bouquet

To celebrate the launch of our new collection, Josie’s Blush, we teamed up with one of our favourite local businesses Haus Of Botanica to create this gorgeous gift set. The set includes our small Josie’s Blush jug along with a hand-tied dried flower bouquet inspired by the collection. These pretty pink and neutral posies have been put together to complement the pink tones in our vintage floral design

About the dried flower bouquet

A lovely little addition to the home, the bouquets are made by hand from natural materials. This means they will all vary slightly and each one is unique. The flowers and grasses have been dried in a natural way, with some of them being grown just a few miles away. There is a pretty selection of different stems and textures including soft ferns, poppy heads and fluffy rabbits tale grass. Dried flower bouquets, or forever flowers, will last much longer than fresh flowers and along with the jug make an excellent gift.

Haus Of Botanica

Haus of Botanica is a flower and gift shop in Stamford that exudes bohemian vibes and considered textures.

As a former Fashion Designer, Alex has developed a deep understanding of colours and textures. She followed her love of flowers by training as a florist at Pearson’s School of Floristry in Sydney. Swapping beachside living for the rural countryside in Rutland, she opened Haus Of Botanica in Stamford last year.

Alex specialises in dried flower bouquets and arrangements. The shop has a lovely selection of additional gifts in the shop such as self-care items like bath salts and journals. It’s a real gem in our lovely town!

Alex says “Dried and preserved flowers can last for a year and longer if looked after. We recommend a dust now and then and place out of direct sunlight if you want to avoid colours fading. Keep away from moisture and take care when handling, these real dried and preserved flowers can be fragile. No water is required.”
